Refunds
App Store purchases
All CarPlateBook purchases (Lifetime and Full history reports) are made through Apple. Apple handles refunds: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose the purchase and select "Request a refund". Apple decides refund requests and usually answers within 48 hours.
Free trial
The free trial ends by itself. Nothing is charged unless you choose to buy Lifetime.
Full history reports
A report is delivered as soon as it is run. If a report failed, showed the wrong vehicle or was charged twice, email us with the registration and the date at info@annmarlimited.co.uk — we'll help with the Apple refund request and, where we can, re-run it for free.
Your rights
Your statutory rights as a UK consumer for digital content are not affected.
